The Waterloo Region Small Business Centre’s main office is located at Kitchener City Hall with two satellite offices located Waterloo City Hall and Cambridge City Hall. Together, the Small Business Centres serve a population base of more than 430,000 residents in the Waterloo Region; fielding over 10,000 requests for information and completing over 1,300 one-on-one consultations per year. In addition to these services, the Centres have well-stocked reference libraries, Internet-linked public access workstations, OBC registration terminals, program and seminar offerings, as well as business advisors available to answer any business planning or market research question an aspiring entrepreneur may have.
